Micro-markets & smart vending · Aurora · Naperville · Chicago suburbs
We install a free 24/7 micro-market inside your building.
GrabNGo builds, stocks, and fully manages a cashless snack, drink, and real-food market for apartments, offices, gyms, and warehouses — at no cost to your property, ever.
Owner-operated out of Aurora · A person replies within one business day · No obligation either way
01 · The short version
A small store, not a vending machine.
Tap a card, open the door, take it, close it. The charge posts on its own. No coins, no bill slot, no app to download, nothing your staff has to learn.
Any contactless card or phone. No app, no account, no balance to load.
Pick it up with your hand. Take two things, or put one back. Nothing to jam.
Shut the door and the charge posts itself. A receipt arrives on its own.
Equipment shown is the Micromart Smart Store™. Custom wood enclosures and wraps are available at no cost, so it reads like an amenity instead of a machine. The whole process, walkthrough to install →
02 · Your building
Same corner. Three very different buildings.
Drag the handle. The room doesn't change and neither does the outlet. What sits in the corner does.
It's 10 p.m. Out of creamer. Kid wants a snack. Shift ended at nine and there was no dinner. So they get in the car — 23 minutes for one item. A market in the lobby makes it ninety seconds in slippers.
- One more stop on the tourA lit market reads as a newer building, and it's one of the few amenities a prospect can picture using that night.
- Zero maintenance ticketsResident complaints and refunds come to us, not to your onsite team.
- No cash on the propertyCashless only. Nothing to break into, no coin box anyone is responsible for.
- What property managers ask →
It's 2:45. Someone wants a cold drink. The machine is cash only, half the rows are empty, and the good stuff sold out Tuesday. So they take their keys and drive somewhere — 27 minutes for a drink, and the break room shows up on the engagement survey again.
- Ninety seconds instead of twenty-seven minutesNobody leaves the building, and nobody comes back late from a lunch that was supposed to be fifty.
- Zero tickets for facilitiesYour team never stocks it, pulls expired product or resets a reader. Our number is on the unit.
- Two documents for LegalA plain-language vendor agreement and a certificate of insurance. That is the entire packet.
- What it does to a lunch hour →
The cafeteria closed at two. Second shift ends at eleven. Nine hours later the only food in the building is behind a coil that's been sold out since spring, so he drives to the gas station and eats a hot dog off a roller at 9:40 at night. Nobody writes that down anywhere. It shows up eleven months later in the turnover report.
- Open at 2 a.m., when nothing else in the building isReal food, not just chips. Sandwiches, cold drinks, electrolytes in August, on the hours your cafeteria is dark.
- No capex request, no POThere's no line item to defend, because there is no line item.
- Ordinary shrink is our costPriced into our model. You never get a bill for it and nobody opens a work order.

03 · Flip it
The machine you have, and the one you don't.
One switch. Everything below it changes at once.
Coil machineSmart market
That is the machine most buildings are still living with. Flip the switch. Same wall, same outlet, same floor space. Here is what actually happens next →
04 · Already under contract
You already have vending. That's usually the easiest switch we do.
Most managers assume they're stuck. They're generally not — and even when there's time left, the changeover is something we plan around rather than something you have to fight.
- Check the notice period firstMost vending agreements are 30 days, and many are month to month. Read yours before you assume you're locked in.
- We plan it before you give noticeYou get a configuration and an install timeline first, so there's no gap between their machines leaving and ours going live.
- Removal day is coordinated, not your problemWe work around their pickup and yours. Your staff doesn't schedule anything.
- If your current vendor is meeting the bar, keep themWe'll say so. The buildings that switch are the ones where the machine has been half-empty since spring and nobody answers the service number.
05 · The part you never see
The machine tells us before anyone in your building does.
Nobody scans anything. Sensors read the shelf, the door only opens for an authorized card, and the charge matches what somebody carried out. Stock levels and refrigeration temperature report to us remotely.
Nothing touches your network, your badges or your systems. If something breaks at two in the morning, it's our phone that rings. Hardware, monitoring and service standards →
06 · The other way to do this
Think stocking it yourself is cheaper? Think again.
Plenty of buildings run a fridge and a snack shelf out of somebody's budget and somebody's Saturday. It's a real option, and it's the one we're actually competing with. Here's what it costs.
Run in house
Somewhere between a day and a half and three full days of somebody's month, on snacks. The work doesn't shrink when you run it yourself — it moves onto an admin, an office manager or your maintenance tech.
Not zero, and we won't pretend it is. Expect a few short messages when something needs your call, and one monthly check-in. The walkthrough at the start is about 45 minutes, once.
unpacking and restocking
loaded cost
you add the product itself
$0 All of it, free with GrabNGo.
Two restocks a week, about $180 of product each, one person on the clock the whole time. And that's still before spoilage, the card reader, the fridge that dies in year three, and whoever chases the person who took the last four drinks without paying.
07 · Everywhere else
Not a community, an office or a plant?
The three above are most of what we install. These are the rest, and the answer is the same: if people are stuck in a building at an inconvenient hour, it usually works.
Gyms & fitness studiosRecovery product at 5 a.m. and 9 p.m. without a mini fridge behind the desk.
Medical offices & clinicsStaff on twelve-hour shifts, and families who've been waiting since six.
Schools & collegesStaff lounges, residence halls and libraries at 10 p.m.
Government & civicPublic works at 3 a.m. during a snow event, with no public funds spent.
Hotels & student housingThe front desk stops being a store. Same equipment, different clock.
Something else entirelySalons, dealerships, churches, call centers, dental groups. All industries →
08 · Straight answers
The questions we get every week.
Is it really free, or is there a catch?
Free to the building. We own the equipment, install it, stock it, service it and insure it, and we earn a margin on what sells inside it. There's no purchase, no lease, no install fee and no monthly charge. If your building doesn't buy anything, we lose money and you lose nothing.
Does our building qualify? We're not huge.
Headcount isn't what decides it — captivity is. A gated dock with people on second shift beats a bigger office next door to a grocery store, every time. What we're looking for is steady daily traffic through one space, all day, most days. We'll walk it and tell you honestly, because a half-empty market with our name on it helps neither of us.
We already have a vending company. What now?
Check your agreement's notice period first — most are 30 days and many are month to month. We'll walk the space and give you a configuration and a timeline before you give anyone notice, so there's no gap between the old machines leaving and the market going live. We coordinate around their pickup day.
Will this create work for my team?
No. Nobody on your side orders, hauls, stocks, counts, cleans or fixes anything. Our number and refund code are on the unit, so employee and resident issues come to us directly. Expect a short monthly check-in on how it's selling and what people are asking for. That's the honest number, not zero.
What does it need from the building?
Floor space about the footprint of a large refrigerator, one standard 120V grounded outlet, and conditioned space — a break room, lobby or lounge, not an open dock. No dedicated circuit, no plumbing, no drain, no anchoring, no construction and no permit pulled by you. It runs on its own cellular connection.
Is there cash in it? What about theft?
There's no cash on site at all — nothing to collect, count or pry open on a weekend. The door only opens after a card is authorized and the session is tied to it, so every visit maps to a real payment method. Ordinary shrink is priced into our model. You never get a bill for it.
Is there a contract? What if it doesn't work out?
There's a plain-language placement agreement so both sides know where they stand, and it includes a mutual trial window with short notice and no fee. We unplug it and take it out at our expense, with no restoration cost to the building.

Everything on this map is a same-day drive.

We walk the room, count the traffic honestly and give you a straight yes or no. Takes about 60 seconds to send. Prefer to talk now? Call (630) 864-5679.
- 01 A person reads it — same day or next. No autoresponder, no sales queue.
- 02 A short reply with two or three times to walk the space, scheduled around your shift change.
- 03 No cost, no obligation, and no follow-up campaign if the answer is no.
Your information stays with GrabNGo. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.
